An original composition. A very sad, depressing, and somber short piece that gives you a sense of dread and emotional death. It could perfectly depict The Being from Frankenstein. It begins with a minor chord and builds into diminished, seventh and augmented chords and finally ends with the same chord it began with but with more depth. Long sustaining chords. Circular breathing may be necessary. It is scored for four bassoons and a contrabassoon. |
